Retentions:
- 30% within 24 hours of departure of the bus.
- 20% between 24 hours and 48 hours before departure of the bus.
- 10% with more than 48 hours in advance of the bus departure.
Tickets issued with promotional rates have no refund or changes of any kind, without exception.

Refunds: Tickets purchased via web can be returned, only by the HOLDER of the card and with the retentions provided for in the commercial conditions that were accepted.
