Minors Travelling
Information:
We inform you about the current legislation regarding the transportation of MINORS in Long Distance Transportation, according to Resolution 2016 - 43 - SECRETARY OF TRANSPORT MANAGEMENT
Minors up to 12 years old (inclusive):
They must ALWAYS travel accompanied by:
a) Father, mother, or one (1) legal representative,
b) or authorized person.
AUTHORIZATION: granted by at least one (1) legal representative accrediting said representation by means of:
1) DNI (National Identification Document) in which the name of the legal representative appears,
2) Marriage Certificate with the minor's birth recorded,
3) Birth Record, Act or Certificate,
4) Certificate of Nationality,
5) Passport,
6) Judicial Testimony of adoption or public instrument that attests to the invoked link.
In addition, the minor's document and the authorizing legal representative's document must be presented.
Minors from 13 to 17 years old (inclusive)
They must ALWAYS travel accompanied by:
a) Father, mother, or one (1) legal representative
b) Without a companion with authorization granted by at least one
(1) legal representative accrediting the representation by means of:
1) DNI (National Identification Document) in which the name of the legal representative appears,
2) Marriage Certificate with the minor's birth recorded,
3) Birth Record, Act or Certificate,
4) Certificate of Nationality,
5) Passport,
6) Judicial Testimony of adoption or public instrument that attests to the invoked link,
In addition, the minor's document and the authorizing legal representative's document must be presented.
The AUTHORIZATION may be made by the authorizer at the company's ticket offices, or by instrument signed before a public notary (Notary Public, whose signature must be legalized or competent Judge or Justice of the Peace). In all cases, ALL documentation must be presented in ORIGINAL and copy - WITHOUT EXCEPTION
